“I’ll just get on the phone…. Simon? Can you come back?”
Dave Sweeney and Matthew Roberts presented this month’s NHS Halton CCG Radio Show.
Pauline Ruth joined the team to talk about the Halton Faith Forum. Dave was also in conversation with Helen Kilganon from AQUA who explained how her organisation supports the CCG. The gang also interviewed Angela Woolfall (Foster Carer) and Anne Taylor & Emma Clayton (Halton Borough Council) about Fostering Services.
We also managed to find the time to sing an a cappella version of “Here Comes The Sun”, Dave named dropped meeting Prince Charles and we chatted about the launch of Halton CCG’s Cultural Manifesto and the new MSK service, whilst Matt slipped in a brief review of the new Alien movie. Finally, Dave accidentally provided British radio’s most heartfelt and moving introduction to a record by 90’s Scandinavian pop sensations, Aqua.
