“Bite the carrott”
Dave Sweeney and Matthew Roberts presented the NHS Halton CCG Christmas Special Radio Show with Alex Schofield in the Producer’s Chair.
They were joined in the studio by Cath McClenn as well as Gary & Joanne from Halton Carers’ Centre. James Rule (Widnes Vikings) and Sally Yeoman (Halton & St Helens VCA) telephoned in to add their “Highlights of 2017” to those provided by the team.
A variety of topics were discussed including: The standard of Prodcuer Alex’s baking, the existence of Father Christmas, the misunderstood Jumpin’ Landmines Christmas single, misheard Wham! lyrics, Producer Alex’s Christmas traditions and (the feel good story of the season) how Alex met his wife.
The show also included another One Minute Meditation (from Angelita) which seemed to do a fine job of improving everyone’s wellbeing as well as our two Christmas Show traditions; the best Christmas jumper competition and the singing of “Fairytale of New York”.
